Lead a team of 6 engineers, mentoring junior developers, enforcing coding standards to ensure consistent, maintainable, and high-quality codebases.
Actively developing and maintaining 10+ projects, including critical enhancements to client caching, web-based terminals, self-host deployments, and development server performance.
Currently working on a JavaScript library called form-builder, published on NPM, which generates complex, dependent forms from JSON. Also conducting a POC for a web-based email client app to display alerts and enable actions accordingly.
